The Great Canadian Blog Bash! (#TGCBB)

I’m excited to be a part of this blog-around-event!  From my understanding it is a fun event where a group of Canadian Bloggers are hosting giveaways with Canadian Companies to celebrate Canada Day.  For me the bonus it’s an amazing way to find other Canadian Bloggers to read!

Let me Introduce Myself…

I’m Sarah…a Canadian Blogger living in Nunavut! My blog is a place for me to share my adventures of travel and life.  I photography is a passion, so my posts are usually photo heavy.

As the name of my blog implies…I like to move around…I grew up in Ontario, spent 18months living in Manitoba, and now am living in Nunavut (for the 2nd time)! I love to travel and have adventures, even if those adventures don’t have me leaving on a plane into international territory!  I have had the opportunity to travel a bit in Canada…and am over 1/2 way though visiting all of the  Provinces and Territories.  I still have to head east to visit New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, PEI and Newfoundland.  As well as heading WEST to the Yukon!

Howdy! I’m Rae from Southeastern Ontario (just outside of Ottawa). I’ve always aspired to traveling across Canada, too. I’ve never been to the territories up north; it must be breathtaking! I’d love to see them someday.

I’m a new subscriber and a photography enthusiast and I’m really looking forward to receiving your beautiful photos and adventure updates. I’m a Nikon gal myself, but not for any preconceived notions about Canon or any other manufacturer. Just how it unfolded. I’ve had my heart set on an ultra-wide lens for quite some time. Must focus more intently on working towards that particular goal. 🙂

Thanks to you and Fun and Funky Kids Hats for the chance to win such a beautiful hat. My nephew loves watching football with his dad and I just know he’d adore it. Hope you have a great week! 🙂
    (I’m ‘Auqakuh’ on Rafflecopter – oops! 😉 ).

      Hi Rae,

…ultra-wide lens are awesome! (I have a 10-22mm). I didn’t ‘pick’ to be a Canon girl initially…just ended up that way, now I’m not sure I would change! I have too much invested in Canon now.

If you ever get the chance you should try to get up to Nunavut. It is expensive to travel here…BUT the experience and views are just gorgeous. Every day walking to work I marvel at what a gorgeous place I live!

      Thanks for the follow… Sarah

I’m Sarah, SAHM to my two triplets (my son Alexander passed away as a child) spliting our time between Canada and Mexico. We call ourselves “The Zoo” because it’s always crazy around here. Just the way we like it.

My husband has been to Nunavut (for business) and we hope to schedule a roadtrip up there “soon”. Will have to look you up. There’s so much of Canada to see. What a diverse country! Thanks for the great giveaway.

Hello Sarah…..hopping over from TGCBB. nice to meet you! and wow, what a life of adventure you have! As a SAHM, I’m a little jealous, but then I guess kids are an adventure in their own way too. I am the opposite of you, I’ve seen the East Coast, and I have been to Vancouver, but not much in between and never been up North.
