In August I met up with Michelle and Mike to take some maternity photos. I’m really glad we met early and didn’t go with my idea to meet up in the middle of September. (Because if we had we might not have gotten any photos!)

Baby Theo was in a rush to arrive and came about 5 weeks early. He arrived on September 15th at 12:18am. He was 5 lbs 12oz and 19inches long. Small but perfect.

I think Baby Theo has been one of the tiniest babies I’ve gotten to cuddle. (I don’t think I’ve ever held a premie before.) Katie felt huge when I went home to cuddle her after this shoot!) The day I came to take photos Baby Theo was 17 days old…but still such a sleepy newborn.

Baby Theo you are so tiny, so small, & so loved by all… I can’t wait to see the person you will grow to be.

Enjoy each moment… It’s hard to enjoy the rough days when the little one is fussy or you feel like you can’t keep up with everything you need to do, however, those moments will pass faster than you can imagine. Before you know it, your little one will be not so little and you will be wondering where the time has gone. The days can be long, but the weeks and months speed by so fast!!
